People with Disabilities Fully Engaged in Production Processes

Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration Kanat Sagybaev visited the Public Association “Union of Young People with Disabilities of the Chui Region,” which has been supporting young people with disabilities since 2005. The organization brings together more than 1,600 members and creates an environment where everyone feels accepted and involved, providing opportunities for education, work, and creative fulfillment.

The minister familiarized himself with the employment practices used in the association, noting their effectiveness and potential for dissemination at the republican level. He emphasized that the participation of people with disabilities in socially useful projects contributes to the formation of an inclusive society and the creation of an accessible environment.

The organization is currently fulfilling a state order for the production of clothing for law enforcement agencies, providing its employees with stable jobs and a steady income.

“This experience shows that, with the right organization, people with disabilities can be fully involved in production processes and successfully compete in the labor market,” said Kanat Sagybaev.
