An inspection by the fire service revealed violations preventing special vehicles from travelling to the market.
Traders have been offered legal workspaces - 72 on the vegetable aisle and 7 on the dairy row inside the market. A job pavilion with 1,500 job offers in municipal services was also set up. Mayor Aibek Junushaliyev said earlier that only those who act within the law will be able to get a place at the new market.
