Violations identified in a kindergarten in the capital: menu inconsistencies and lack of food supplies

In the Pervomaisky district of the capital, another field inspection of more than ten educational institutions was carried out as part of preparations for the new 2025-2026 academic year.

The working group was headed by Deputy Mayor Viktoria Mozgacheva. The inspection was attended by Deputy Head of the Pervomaisky District Administration Chynara Zhanikeeva and representatives of the district education department and relevant city services.
During the inspection, schools No. 18, 107, 78, 54, 19, 83, 15, 6, as well as kindergartens No. 99 and 93. Schools and kindergartens undergoing major and routine repairs were inspected: replacement of heating systems, repair of food service facilities and bathrooms, and landscaping.

Particular attention was paid to the quality of work and compliance with deadlines. Serious shortcomings were identified in a number of schools.

At school No. 19, serious shortcomings were identified on the part of the contractor in the installation of the heating system. The deputy mayor instructed the technical supervision department to immediately check the quality and bring the facility into compliance with the established requirements.

There were also cases of poor-quality repairs to bathrooms and the unsatisfactory condition of the surrounding areas at school No. 78. Contractors were instructed to eliminate all deficiencies as soon as possible.

The sanitary condition of the territories of all educational facilities was examined separately. Dead and overgrown trees were identified. MP ‘Bishkekzelenstroy’ was instructed to prune and clean up the areas.

In kindergarten No. 93, a case of gross violation of food service rules was recorded — the menu was not followed and there were no food supplies. Those responsible will be held strictly accountable.

Deficiencies were also noted in the organisation of the summer work programme — lack of control and schedules.
