09/03/2026, 17:51Meta AI, the artificial intelligence built into WhatsApp, has begun offering lessons in the Kyrgyz language. The neural network can deliver short lessons, check translations and explain the meaning of Kyrgyz words and expressions.
When communicating in Russian, Meta AI suggested several learning options: translating phrases from Russian into Kyrgyz and vice versa, as well as learning through role-play dialogues.
To begin with, the AI offers basic expressions, and once the first task has been completed, Meta AI automatically increases their complexity. Furthermore, if the user encounters difficulties and does not know certain words, the system provides explanations and definitions.
However, the neural network’s Kyrgyz language skills are not yet perfect; the system states that it is currently learning Kyrgyz itself and suggests that users learn it together with it.
Meta AI is integrated into Meta’s services, including WhatsApp.
