05/12/2026, 10:43The microfinance company “Elet-Capital” has paid 6,663,600 KGS in interest on its second bond issue. This was reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
According to the disclosed information, 134 bondholders were eligible to receive payments. A total of 127 investors received their interest payments.
However, 7 bondholders have not yet received the 86,400 KGS owed to them. The reason cited is the bondholders’ failure to appear. The unpaid income corresponds to 1,920 bonds.
A total of 6,750,000 KGS in income was accrued for the issue.
Among the largest holders of the second bond issue is the microcredit company “Frontiers,” which owns 53.33% of the issue—80,000 bonds. Other major holders include Sabyrbek Zayyrov, with a 7.6% stake (11,400 bonds), and Mukhamed Dzhumaliev, with a 10.07% stake (15,100 bonds).
At the same time, the company disclosed the results of the annual shareholders’ meeting held on March 30. Shareholders approved the financial statements and operating results for 2025, and also considered the distribution of profits and the payment of dividends.
In addition, a decision was made to abolish the position of auditor and to terminate the company’s auditor regulations.
