At the same time, its share of GDP will gradually decline. In 2027, private consumption will account for 88.4 per cent of GDP, and in 2029 — 81.6 per cent. The Ministry of Finance expects consumer demand to be supported by growth in household incomes. In particular, according to the forecast, citizens’ cash incomes will increase from 1 trillion 744 billion KGS in 2027 to 2 trillion 410.5 billion KGS in 2029.
At the same time, the economy will rely more heavily on investment. Growth in gross investment is forecast at 10.5 per cent in 2027, 12.2 per cent in 2028 and 13.2 per cent in 2029.
Consequently, the role of investment in the structure of GDP utilisation will gradually increase, whilst the share of consumption will fall from 99.0 per cent in 2027 to 88.9 per cent in 2029.
