11/14/2025, 16:52On 14 November, OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan became the main participant in trading on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. The company placed shares worth 119.7 million KGS on the exchange. This effectively formed the entire volume of the primary market.
According to the KSE, one large transaction was conducted with NEGK ordinary shares. As part of this transaction, 72,330,391 shares were sold at a price of 1.65491 KGS. As a result, the company raised 119.7 million KGS on the exchange.
It should be added that the decision to increase the number of NEGK shares in circulation was taken at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on 24 October. All shares are issued in book-entry form. They were placed in a closed form in favour of one person — the Ministry of Finance.
As a result, the authorised capital of JSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan was increased by the corresponding amount.
