05/20/2025, 12:10The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange has announced another auction for the placement of 12-month government treasury bills (GTBs).
The auction is scheduled for May 22, with a placement volume of 150 million KGS.
Previous similar auctions on the KSE platform took place on May 15. At that time, it was also planned to place government debt worth 150 million KGS, but demand exceeded supply. As a result, the Ministry of Finance attracted 37.5 million more than planned. The weighted average yield on the bills was 10.65%.
According to information from the KSE as of May 19, treasury bills totaling over 2.13 billion KGS are in circulation.
