The Ministry of Education is to spend 13.3 million KGS on an inclusive education pilot scheme in 10 schools

The Republican Institute for the Further Training and Retraining of Teaching Staff has announced a procurement contract worth 13.3 million KGS to develop a roadmap and prepare for the piloting of inclusive education in 10 schools. Tenders from suppliers are being accepted until 24 September 2026.

As part of the procurement process, it is planned to engage experts in inclusive education, the creation of multidisciplinary groups, the development of school selection criteria, the preparation of documentation and the training of school staff. Provision has also been made for a dedicated expert on gender issues.

The largest lot – 5.82 million KGS – covers the work of a national expert on piloting 10 inclusive schools. The service period is set from October 2026 to 31 August 2029.

A further 3.04 million KGS is earmarked for seven experts who will assist in carrying out a baseline assessment in the field. The remaining funds are allocated to specialists responsible for developing a roadmap, documentation, training modules and other areas.

The tender was published on 18 September 2026. The total planned budget amounts to 13,334,210 KGS.
