Revenue from businesses in Kyrgyzstan rose by 62 per cent, whilst debt rose by almost 80 per cent

In 2025, Kyrgyzstan’s enterprises saw a significant improvement in their financial performance: sales revenue rose by 61.9 per cent, whilst profit increased by 43 per cent. At the same time, enterprises’ accounts payable rose by almost 80 per cent, according to the National Statistics Committee.

Revenue for the year reached 2.28 trillion KGS, compared with 1.41 trillion KGS in 2024. Profit rose from 362.9 billion to 519.1 billion KGS, whilst net profit rose from 301.5 billion to 430.5 billion KGS.

At the same time, companies’ accounts payable rose from 790.5 billion KGS to 1.42 trillion KGS, or by approximately 80 per cent. Accounts receivable grew even faster, increasing by 120.4 per cent to 1.5 trillion KGS.

Enterprises are owed slightly more than they themselves owe: accounts receivable exceeded accounts payable by approximately 80 billion KGS.

At the same time, corporate losses also rose – from 61.3 billion KGS to 88.5 billion KGS. The number of loss-making enterprises increased from 5,694 to 6,258.
