Earlier, based on appeals from participants in the shared construction project, the company's activities were taken under the control of the president, and the Ministry of Construction was given the appropriate instructions. Currently, the management of Doolut Kurulush LLC is transferring construction projects to the Ministry of Construction for their complete completion.
Deputy Minister Samat Dzhanetliev reported on the work being carried out on the Kudaibergen and Shopokov Eco City residential complexes, noting that it takes a certain amount of time to prepare the necessary documentation.
The audit involves a detailed analysis of the current state of construction projects, the volume of work completed, financial flows, contractual obligations, and agreements concluded with participants in shared construction.
All measures are being taken to accurately determine the actual status of the projects and make informed decisions on the further continuation of construction work.
Citizens who purchased housing from this company four years ago have not yet received their apartments and have repeatedly appealed for the suspension of construction work. In this regard, the Ministry of Construction issued warnings to Doolot Kurulush LLC and issued orders to resume construction work. However, due to the company's financial difficulties, the funds of the participants in shared construction were not used in full, as a result of which construction work was suspended.
