The Ministry of Labor imposed sanctions on companies that provided inaccurate information about work in Turkey

The Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration has temporarily suspended the activities of four companies after discovering violations in the employment of Kyrgyz citizens in Turkey. The violations involved providing false information when obtaining permits, in particular, concealing the real partners and employers in Turkey.

The decision was made based on the results of monitoring on January 12.

Four companies were suspended. Golden Work & Travel LLC. The company was registered in Bishkek in 2021. The register indicates the presence of foreign participation. The founders are Kurekji Jem and Uulzhan Kubatova, who is also the head of the company.

Iris Travel LLC was registered in Bishkek in 2025. The head and sole founder is Katagan kyzy Gulayim.

Ramay-Sayakat LLC was registered in Bishkek in 2013. The head and sole founder is Mirgul Kochkorbaeva.

Finally, there is Aska Travel LLC, registered in Bishkek in 2015. Its director and co-founder is Aelita Sopubekova, and its second founder is Irina Kim.

As explained by the Employment Center, when obtaining permits, the companies did not disclose information about their actual cooperation with Turkish employers or foreign intermediaries, which is a direct violation of legal requirements.

According to subparagraph 1 of paragraph 29 of the Regulations on the Procedure for Issuing Permits, providing false information is grounds for suspending a license.

Reports have been drawn up for all four companies, and official notifications have been sent to them with a list of violations and requirements for their elimination. Permits will be renewed only after the identified violations have been completely eliminated.
