The Ministry of Digital Development has increased its stake in the authorized capital of Kyrgyz Pochtasy OJSC. The transaction took place in late November last year, but it became known only now.

According to the updated data, since November 28, the Ministry of Digital Development now owns 85.39% of shares of the company, which are valued at 2 billion 313.2 million KGS.

Before the change, the Ministry's share was 81.72%, which amounted to 1 billion 769.7 million soms. After increasing the share, the number of securities owned by the Ministry increased to 4 million 626.4 thousand shares.
