Mobile multi-diagnostic complex launched in Aravan district

In March 2026, a mobile multi-diagnostic complex began operating in the Aravan district of the Osh region, where it will conduct free medical examinations for residents. The complex is expected to operate in the district for about three months, after which it will move to the Kochkor district of the Naryn region.

The diagnostic complex provides the population with free medical examinations, specialist consultations, treatment, and a wide range of diagnostic services in a convenient and accessible format. About 147,000 people live in the Aravan district, and for many residents, this is an opportunity to undergo examinations and receive specialist consultations without leaving the district.

The mobile complex is equipped with modern medical equipment that allows for a wide range of tests and diagnostics for various diseases. It includes doctors' offices, a laboratory for testing, a CT scanner, a mammography machine, an X-ray machine, a gastroscope, a mobile screening center, and a control center. The complex also has minibuses for transporting patients, including an ambulance.

The multi-diagnostic complex has been operating in Kyrgyzstan since November 2021 as part of a five-year agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Islamic Development Bank, and the Fael Khair Charitable Foundation. The project is being implemented by Normeca Health Management and aims to improve the availability of diagnostics and medical care for residents of regions, especially in rural and remote areas of the country.

By the end of 2025, the mobile multi-diagnostic clinic had examined 33,843 residents and provided 86,262 specialist consultations. Patients were seen by family doctors and specialists, including gynecologists, ophthalmologists, ENT doctors, neurologists, cardiologists, dentists, gastroenterologists, urologists, endocrinologists, and surgeons.
During the year, laboratory and instrumental examinations were also carried out, including 2,576 mammograms, 1,826 CT scans, 2,537 X-rays, as well as ultrasound examinations of various organs, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, cystoscopy, laboratory tests, rapid testing, and electrocardiography. In addition, specialists at the complex performed 280 surgical operations.

The implementation of the mobile multi-diagnostic clinic project contributes to expanding the population's access to quality diagnostics and specialized medical care, especially for residents of rural and remote areas of Kyrgyzstan.
