Plots in the Ala-Too Resort ski cluster are being put up for auction

The State Agency for State Property Management announces an auction for the sale of land plots allocated for the initial stage of construction of the large resort area «Ala-Too Resort» in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region.

As part of the initial phase of the national project «All-season mountain cluster «Ala-Too Resort», land plots located in the lower part of the Zhyrgalan ski resort are being put up for auction.

Domestic and foreign investors are invited to participate in open auctions for the acquisition of land plots, fully provided with urban planning documentation, for the construction of three-, four- and five-star hotels, VIP cottages, ethno-townhouses, restaurants, cafes, a spa complex and other commercial facilities.

National investment projects are drivers of economic growth and infrastructure development, contributing to the creation of new jobs, the inflow of private capital and technology, and an increase in tax revenues to the state budget.

The mountain cluster has been granted the status of a «project of national importance». It will become the largest ski cluster in Central Asia. The total length of the slopes will be 250 kilometres, and the resort itself will be able to accommodate up to 2 million tourists per year and create about 4,600 jobs. The total area of the territory is about 6.5 hectares. Forty-nine lots are being put up for auction, ranging in size from 216 square metres to 15,660 square metres.

The starting price of the lots ranges from 3 million 67 thousand 200 soms to 336 million 960 thousand soms.

The deadline for commissioning the construction project is two years from the date of registration of the buyer's ownership of the land plot.

Each land plot has the following documents: title and ownership documents; an approved plan; a list of development conditions; an independent market valuation; 
certificate of absence of encumbrances and restrictions on the real estate property.

The auction will be held online on the electronic trading platform https://auctionetp.gov.kg.Начало. The deadline for submitting bids is 17:00 on 18 June 2025. The auctions will take place from 15 to 18 July 2025.
