Construction of a cable car has begun at the Ala-Too Resort ski resort

Equipment has been delivered to the Ala-Too Resort ski resort, and construction of a cable car has begun.

At Ala-Too Resort, located in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region in the rural district of Khan-Teniri, construction of a cable car has begun, with the necessary equipment and tools delivered to the site.

At this stage, engineers are laying technical roads in the areas where the cable car will be built. 

Work has begun on pouring the foundations for the supports. The rest of the equipment will be delivered in stages from a specialised factory.

A contract was previously signed with a large Austrian company recognised as a world leader in the design and construction of cable cars, which has no analogues in Central Asia.

The total length of the road under construction will be 4 kilometres and will consist of two parts. The first part, 1 kilometre 730 metres long, will consist of 12 supports and two stations, while the second part will be 2 kilometres 250 metres long, including 14 supports and two stations.
