The wine and brandy alcohol production plant was returned to the balance of the state

The functioning ‘Wine and brandy alcohol production plant’ in the territory of Chon-Talaa village of Tort-Gul aiyl aimak of Batken district, which was transferred to private ownership in violation of the legislation, was returned to the balance of the state. This is reported by the SCNS KR.

In particular, in 1997, the factory for the production of vodka products was transferred to private ownership by a protocol decision of the people's assembly of the residents of the ayil aimak, with the creation of the Tort-Gul LLC.

In 2006, by Resolution No. 07/30 of the Tort-Gul aimag, the territory of the vodka factory with a total area of 2.89 hectares was sold to another private company with foreign participation for a significantly lower price.

In the course of the investigative inspection by the SCNB KR, the founders and the director of the distillery voluntarily transferred the property and the land plot of the distillery to the balance of the State Agency for State Property Management.
