09/25/2026, 17:23On 25 September, 138,381 shares in the microfinance company ‘InvesCor SA’ were sold on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange for 81.64 million KGS. The transaction took place on the secondary market at a price of 590 KGS per share.
The size of the block sold on the secondary market – almost 21 per cent – suggests the possible involvement of the company’s largest shareholder, the Mongolian firm InvesCore NBFI JSC. As at the end of March, it held 92.96 per cent of the shares in InvesCor SA.
A further 5.33 per cent was held on the company’s own balance sheet, whilst 1.71 per cent was owned by an individual. Thus, the block of shares sold is significantly larger than the total number of shares held outside the Mongolian investor’s stake.
However, the stock exchange report does not disclose the parties to the transaction, so this cannot yet be confirmed.
On the same day, another transaction involving shares in ‘InvesCor SA’ took place on the primary market – 28,265 shares worth 16.68 million KGS. The total value of the two transactions reached 98.32 million KGS, accounting for almost the entire exchange’s turnover for the day.
