03/13/2026, 11:43During a working trip, Health Minister Damir Osmonov visited the Issyk-Kul District General Medical Practice Center, where he familiarized himself with the activities of the medical facility and the progress of construction of the new building.
The minister also toured the departments of the Issyk-Kul District General Medical Practice Center and familiarized himself with the work of the laboratory. It was noted that the facility's laboratory service is integrated with the digital solutions of the healthcare system: test results are entered through the ILab system and automatically displayed in the patient's electronic medical record, which increases the efficiency and quality of medical care.
In addition, the minister inspected the intensive care unit, which has recently been renovated and equipped with the necessary equipment, and familiarized himself with the work of the emergency medical service. It was noted that the institution is provided with the necessary number of ambulances to serve the population of the district.
During the meeting, the center's management also raised the issue of the shortage of medical personnel. The minister emphasized the need for a systematic approach to strengthening human resources and instructed the relevant departments of the ministry, together with local authorities, to develop measures to attract and retain medical specialists in the region, including improving the working and living conditions of medical workers.
As part of his working trip, the minister also visited the village of Ananyevo, where he inspected the construction of a new 100-bed building. It was noted that construction work is proceeding according to the approved schedule.
The new medical facility will expand the capacity to provide medical care to the population of the district and improve the accessibility of medical services for residents of neighboring settlements.
