08/14/2025, 14:44On the sidelines of the seventh Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum, a visiting session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum entitled ‘Economy of Partnership: From Localisation of Production to Market Expansion’ was launched.
The participants discussed the impact of digitalisation on the EAEU economy, the introduction of innovations and the creation of high-tech sectors. They also focused on support for start-ups, interregional cooperation and the development of congress and exhibition activities as a driver of international projects.
The session was moderated by Dmitry Mednikov (Russian Media Group). Speakers included Alexey Valkov (Roscongress Foundation), Alexey Gruzdev (Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation), Iskender Asylkulov (Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic), Temir Sariyev (Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic), Nikita Gusakov (REC/EXAR), Bakyt Kurmanbekov (RKFR), Dmitry Kuzmin (RSPP) and Alexander Smekalkin (AIRR).
The main topics for discussion will be breakthrough solutions in the digital industry, practices for applying technologies in EAEU countries, and attracting investment for joint projects.
