The main raw materials for the agricultural processing enterprise come from farms

Deputy Prime Minister Bakyt Torobaev familiarised himself with the activities of the agricultural processing enterprise Kyrgyzcentrprodukt, located in the Moskovsky district.

The company is one of the leading enterprises in the processing, freezing and packaging of vegetables and fruits. The enterprise uses advanced European technologies.

The production lines cover the entire cycle — from receiving and sorting raw materials, washing and cleaning, cutting, freezing (IQF), packaging to storing finished products. The equipment used at the enterprise allows it to preserve the taste, structure and nutritional value of the products.

The product range includes: frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, etc.); fruits and berries (cherries, plums, raspberries, strawberries, etc.); vegetable and fruit mixes for the HoReCa and retail segments.

All products comply with international quality and safety standards — the company has implemented and consistently maintains HACCP and ISO 22000 systems. The main raw materials come from farms in Kyrgyzstan, which ensures the ecological purity and freshness of the products.
