Violations Identified at the “Karagay” Resort Construction Site

The Regional Office for the Issyk-Kul Region of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control regularly monitors construction projects in the region.

During inspections at the construction site of the Karagay resort, located in the village of Bosteri in the Issyk-Kul Region, violations of urban planning and construction laws were identified.

Specifically, instances of non-compliance with approved design solutions during the erection of reinforced concrete structures, as well as with quality requirements for wall structures, were identified. These violations are classified as gross non-compliance with building codes and regulations.

Based on the inspection results regarding Bay Service Development LLC, which is carrying out construction work at the site, a fine of 235,000 KGS was imposed in accordance with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Administrative Offenses. Additionally, an order was issued to rectify the identified violations.

The Department of State Architectural and Construction Control urges all construction organizations to strictly comply with the requirements of the law, as well as urban planning and construction codes, when carrying out construction activities.
