05/13/2025, 17:06Scheduled preventive maintenance work on heating equipment is continuing at the Bishkek Thermal Power Plant.
As part of the maintenance campaign, the main and auxiliary equipment is being inspected and repaired. Particular attention is being paid to the safety and reliability of all components to ensure uninterrupted heat and power supply to the city during periods of high demand.
To date, the overhaul of turbine unit No. 9 and the routine repair of turbine generator No. 8 have been completed.
The repair work is being carried out by both the plant's main staff and contractors. This allows deadlines to be met and quality to be controlled at every stage.
