07/08/2026, 10:42A tender worth over 25 million KGS has been announced in the Talas district for the construction of a safety barrier along the Suusamyr–Talas–Taraz road. The project involves the installation of 4,000 metal posts and the same number of safety barrier sections.
The Aiyl Okmotu of the Shumkar-Uya Aiyl Aimaq has announced a tender for the installation of a safety barrier along the Suusamyr–Talas–Taraz road. The initial procurement value is 25 million 21 thousand 447 KGS.
According to the cost estimate, the contractor will be required to install 4,000 metal posts and 4,000 protective and decorative sections (gitter), fit 30,000 metres of metal profiles, use 320 cubic metres of concrete, and carry out priming and painting of the metal structures. In addition, the project includes earthworks and the transport of building materials.
Applications to take part in the tender are being accepted until 22 July. Once the contract has been signed, the successful bidder must complete the work within 45 working days.
