Specifically, on 10 October, the regulator's board approved an application to open a closed joint-stock company called Bereket Bank.
It should be noted that the National Bank had previously issued licences for the establishment of Asman Bank CJSC, Alma Finance Bank CJSC, Muras Bank CJSC and Kylim Bank OJSC. The latter received permission a month earlier, on 10 September.
We would like to add that as of 1 October, there are 21 commercial banks on the list of commercial banks in the republic.
