During an inspection of the truck, inspectors found 4,179 boxes of products with a total weight of about 11 tonnes. However, the accompanying documents indicated 7 tonnes.
In addition to the expired sweets, undeclared construction materials were found in the vehicle: antifreeze additives, accelerators, waterproofing materials, paints, primers and reinforcement bars.
The relevant reports were drawn up on the basis of the violations detected. The vehicle was sealed and placed in a specialised parking lot. The materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies for further investigation in accordance with Kyrgyz legislation.
The State Tax Service stated that raids to control the import of goods will continue.
