07/17/2025, 12:24The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved Resolution No. 2025-P-14/33-2-(PS) dated July 9, 2025, requiring banks and payment organizations to adapt their digital services for people with disabilities.
According to the document, all market participants, from commercial banks to payment terminals, must ensure the accessibility of their mobile applications, ATMs, and other remote services within the specified time frame.
The resolution aims to expand financial inclusion and has already been published on the National Bank's website in the “Banking Legislation” section.
