11/19/2025, 11:30The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic continues to monitor compliance with currency legislation. In November 2025, the Osh Regional Office of the Bank imposed fines for violations of regulatory requirements.
Thus, for violating the requirements of the legislation and regulatory acts of the National Bank, the Osh exchange bureau was fined 55,000 KGS. In addition, two citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who carried out exchange operations with foreign currency without a license were fined 17,500 KGS each.
In the capital, similar measures were applied to one citizen (U.A.U.) who carried out illegal currency transactions, with a fine of 17,500 KGS imposed.
