The decision came into force on 19 June 2026, pursuant to a resolution dated 16 June 2026.
The company has been stripped of its right to carry out activities involving the acceptance and processing of payments and settlements for goods and services on behalf of third parties via electronic payment systems. Its licence for processing and clearing activities relating to the handling of financial information and settlements between payment system participants has also been revoked.
Both licences were issued on 29 May 2015.
The revocation of the licences means the company must cease its activities in the field of electronic payments and processing under the current financial market regulations of Kyrgyzstan.
The National Bank emphasised that the decision was taken as part of its supervisory functions and is aimed at ensuring compliance with legal requirements within the country’s payment infrastructure.
