The National Bank has revoked the registration of a microcredit company in Bishkek

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has revoked the certificate of registration of the microcredit company ‘Bai-El Credit’. The decision came into force on 18 June 2026.

According to the regulator, the certificate of ‘Bai-El Credit’ Microcredit Company LLC, issued on 25 May 2009, has been revoked for breaching the requirements of the National Bank’s regulatory legal acts. The company is registered at the following address: 242 Toktogul Street, Bishkek.

The National Bank regularly imposes sanctions on financial institutions for non-compliance with legislation and regulatory acts.

MKK ‘Bai-El Credit’ had been operating on the basis of its certificate of registration for over 17 years — since May 2009.
