The National Bank continued its widespread inspections of currency exchange offices in Bishkek

The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has once again suspended the licenses of three currency exchange bureaus for violating the requirements of the law and the regulator’s regulations.

From May 21 through May 23, the license of the currency exchange bureau Nursan Pro LLC has been suspended. Similar measures have been applied to the currency exchange bureaus Adex Cash LLC and Archa Money LLC.

All three currency exchange offices operate in Bishkek—in areas with a high concentration of currency transactions.

This is not the first wave of restrictions imposed by the regulator in recent days. Earlier, “Akchabar” reported that the National Bank had suspended the licenses of three currency exchange offices and fined three others 55,000 KGS each.
