The National Bank has approved a number of appointments at banks in Kyrgyzstan, including Asman Bank

On April 2, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan approved a number of candidates for executive positions at the country’s commercial banks.

Specifically, the regulator approved the candidacy of Kanayim Mamatbekova, nominated by ABank OJSC, for the position of chief accountant at the bank. At Asman Bank CJSC, Erkinbek Zhumabaev was approved—he will join the board of directors.

KICB CJSC also received approval for the appointment of Andreas Manfred Zaisler as an independent member of the board of directors and chairman of the risk management committee.

At CJSC “Bank Kompanyon,” two candidates were approved at once. Nguyen Quang Manh was approved for the position of member of the board of directors, and Saule Teleusheva was approved for the position of independent member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee.

In addition, Marat Sadiev was approved as a member of the board of directors at Eldik Bank OJSC.

The decisions were made in accordance with the established procedure for approving senior management of second-tier banks.
