11/14/2025, 17:23On 13 November, the National Bank announced its approval of three personnel proposals submitted by commercial banks in the country.
In particular, the regulator approved the candidacy of Saltanat Alybaeva, proposed by Bank of Asia CJSC, for the position of independent member of the board of directors and, at the same time, chair of the audit committee.
The National Bank also approved the candidacy of Nazgul Kadyrkulova, proposed by OJSC O!Bank for the position of chief accountant.
Finally, the regulator approved the candidacy of Salavat Asanov for the position of deputy chief accountant of OJSC Keremet Bank.
