German company FSR Trade GmbH has left Kyrgyzstan without ever starting operations

The German company FSR Trade GmbH, which specialises in waste processing and scrap metal trading, has officially closed its representative office in Kyrgyzstan. According to the Ministry of Justice register, the order to terminate the registration of the representative office in Bishkek is dated 22 July this year.

The FSR Trade GmbH representative office was registered on 4 July 2023 and was located in Bishkek. However, as the Open Budget portal shows, the organisation never began any active operations during its existence.

The only traces of economic activity are two payments for garbage collection, 100 soms each, in 2024 and 2025. No other expenses, turnover or tax revenues have been recorded for the company in Kyrgyzstan.

We would add that FSR Trade GmbH is a private company registered in Germany that specialises in waste processing, assembly, dismantling and sorting of scrap metal, as well as wholesale sales of recyclable materials.

The company operates throughout the Eastern Hemisphere and positions itself as a provider of industrial environmental solutions. However, it has not been able to implement its stated plans in Kyrgyzstan.
