As of today, overhauls have been carried out on 91 high-voltage substations, over a thousand transformer substations and hundreds of kilometers of power transmission lines. Current repairs have also been carried out on almost 9 thousand substations and more than 19 thousand kilometers of power lines across the country.
In addition, buildings, equipment and systems to protect power facilities from floods and bad weather are being updated.
NESK notes that all these measures are aimed at reliable operation of the energy system and protection of consumers from interruptions during the coldest months of the year.
