12/28/2025, 15:42The National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan OJSC announced a change in the list of securities owners among legal entities.
According to the disclosed information, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic became the owner of a block of shares in the company.
After the change, its share in the authorized capital of NESK amounted to 0.28%, which is equivalent to 122.5 million securities.
In monetary terms, the value of this stake is estimated at 202.8 million soms. Prior to the changes, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic did not own any shares in OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan, as stated in the documents.
Interestingly, according to the company's documents, as of October 29, the Ministry of Finance owned 33.33% of the company's shares, and the Ministry of Energy owned 66%.
