12/28/2025, 15:42JSC “National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan” announced a change in the list of securities owners among legal entities.
According to the disclosed information, an additional issue of 122.5 million shares, or 0.28% of the authorized capital, was made in favor of the Ministry of Finance.
In monetary terms, the value of this package is estimated at 202.8 million KGS. Prior to the changes, the Ministry of Finance, as noted in the documents, did not own any shares in OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan.
After the change, the total share of the Ministry of Finance was 33.61%, and that of the Ministry of Energy was 65.81%. We would like to add that as of October 29, the Ministry of Finance owned 33.51% of the OJSC shares, and the Ministry of Energy owned 66%.
