The Fund's report was presented on February 10 at a meeting of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce. It was presented by the Fund's CEO, Adilet Januzakov.
He emphasized that after the change in management, a comprehensive audit of financial obligations and current projects was carried out in the organization. The priority was to bring order to the resource management system and abandon the practice of vague expenditures.
“We focused on financial discipline and the efficient use of funds. As a result, we were able to not only reduce costs, but also recover a significant portion of previously problematic debts,” he said.
The structure of the 56.1 million KGS recovered includes fully repaid loans for projects in Naryn and the village of Tosor, as well as settlements on a number of other obligations. At the same time, the fund reviewed its spending on IT, communications, and related services, which reduced the operational burden on the budget.
