OJSC ‘Hotel Dostuk’ issued a loan of 2 million KGS to its shareholder

OJSC ‘Hotel Dostuk’ provided a short-term loan to its shareholder, the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan. The loan amount was 2 million KGS. The term of the agreement is from 25 December 2025 to 30 April 2026.

The interest rate on the loan is 11% per annum and corresponds to the discount rate of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan. The funds are provided on a repayable and urgent basis.

The company also reported that the remaining shareholders are entitled to receive short-term loans on similar terms until the payment of dividends based on the results of 2025. The decision to enter into the transaction was made by the Board of Directors of OJSC ‘Hotel Dostuk’ on 25 December 2025.
