Keremet Bank OJSC has appointed a new deputy chairman of the management board

The board of directors of Keremet Bank OJSC has made changes to the composition of the management board. By a decision of the board dated 14 January 2026, deputy chairman of the management board Zhenishbek Muratbekov has been relieved of his duties in connection with his election as a member of the bank's board of directors.

Farhad Artykov was appointed to replace him on 15 January 2026.

Artykov graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn with a degree in Business Management Economics (2009) and received a higher legal education with a degree in Criminal Law (2016). He has undergone professional training in banking risks, financial control, anti-money laundering and problem asset management.

Farhad Artykov has extensive experience in the banking and financial sector, including senior positions in bank security and internal control services, as well as work at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and law enforcement agencies.
