04/15/2026, 12:29Logic OJSC has decided to pay dividends to shareholders for the 2025 financial year. This is stated on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange website.
The dividend per share has been set at 3,585.99 KGS. The total amount of payments will be 3,585,900 KGS, which corresponds to 100% of the company’s net profit.
Payments will be made in cash via the company’s cash desk and/or by bank transfer in accordance with shareholders’ requests. Dividends will begin to be paid from 14 April 2026.
The list of shareholders entitled to receive payments was compiled as at 16 March 2026.
