10/20/2026, 10:39On 14 October 2026, the open joint-stock company ‘Pochta Bank’ was registered in Kyrgyzstan. According to data from the State Register of Legal Entities, the new organisation’s primary activity is listed as banking.
Beknazar Asanov is listed as the sole founder of the bank. Nurgul Dzhumanova is listed as the head of the organisation.
‘Pochta Bank’ is registered in Bishkek at the following address: 471 Chuy Avenue. Its legal form is that of an open joint-stock company. It is privately owned.
The company will operate without foreign participation. OJSC ‘Kyrgyz Post’ will act as a key infrastructure partner for the project, utilising its extensive network of branches and agency outlets across the country. This partnership will enable the bank to expand its geographical reach and create additional opportunities to provide banking services to the population in the regions.
