Approximately 1.5 million citizens use the taxpayer's account

According to him, the digitisation of tax processes has made it possible to pay taxes remotely via personal accounts and mobile applications. Today, almost 1.5 million citizens use taxpayer accounts. This figure has increased by 160,000 people since the beginning of the year. This was reported by Mirlan Rakhmanov, Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service.

He noted that the State Tax Service is gradually transforming into a service agency that creates convenient conditions for citizens and entrepreneurs in the field of taxation.

«Previously, citizens had to visit the tax authorities in person, stand in queues and spend time filling out documents. Today, all information and payments are available online. In the taxpayer's personal account, you can get complete information about debts, deadlines and amounts of tax payments», — emphasised the Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service.

In addition, he noted that the improvement in the tax culture of citizens and the growth of trust in the Tax Service have become tangible results of the work being done to improve interaction between the state and taxpayers.
