    Carriers of dangerous goods fined 82.7 million KGS

    Since July 23, Kyrgyzstan has been conducting raids called “Dangerous Cargo” and “Heavy Cargo” aimed at inspecting vehicles transporting fuel and lubricants, explosives, compressed and liquefied gases, flammable, toxic, radioactive, and other dangerous cargo.

    According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, fines totaling KGS 82,753,500 have been issued during the operation.

    The ministry notes that recently there have been traffic accidents involving such vehicles, including fatal ones. In addition, there have been cases of trucks driving in the city, which led to pollution and damage to roads.

    Inspections of carriers of heavy and dangerous goods will continue.
