The first state-backed mortgage properties in Batken are due to be handed over in November

The first blocks of the ‘Asman Residence-1’ housing estate, which is being built by the State Mortgage Company in the city of Batken, will be handed over to their owners in November this year. This was announced by the city council.

Currently, 37 12-storey blocks are under construction in the residential complex. In total, they will comprise 2,364 flats.

Of these, it is planned to complete the construction of 17 blocks – comprising 1,004 flats – and hand them over to their owners in November.

Alongside the residential blocks, infrastructure facilities are also being built: a water reservoir to supply residents with water, a wastewater treatment plant and a boiler house, which will provide the blocks with heating during the winter months.
