First Deputy Prime Minister Daniyar Amangeldiyev held a meeting on the issuance of securities

A meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the implementation of the presidential decree ‘On certain measures to develop the investment climate and expand access to external financing’ was held under the chairmanship of First Deputy Prime Minister Daniyar Amangeldiev.

During the meeting, the experience of the successful issuance of Kyrgyzstan's sovereign Eurobonds on the international capital market with a maturity of 5 years and a value of $700 million was discussed.

The key issue on the agenda was expanding opportunities for attracting external financing and the entry of Kyrgyzstan and state-owned companies into international capital markets.
Following the meeting, government agencies were instructed to intensify work on compiling a list of strategically important joint-stock companies with the potential to attract external investment through the issuance of securities.
