The value of leasing in Kyrgyzstan has reached almost 15 billion som

In 2025, the value of financial leasing contracts in Kyrgyzstan amounted to 14.78 billion som, with the transport and financial sectors accounting for the lion’s share.

By the end of 2025, financial leasing contracts worth 14.78 billion som had been concluded in Kyrgyzstan.

• The largest share — 8.25 billion som — was accounted for by vehicles,
• 6.47 billion som — by machinery, equipment and tools,

Of which:

• construction machinery — 4.23 billion som,
• agricultural machinery — 1.99 billion som,

Almost the entire market was formed by the financial intermediation and insurance sector — 14.3 billion som. Virtually all transactions were concentrated in Bishkek.

The growth in leasing is linked to the renewal of vehicle fleets, construction machinery and equipment against a backdrop of increased business activity and infrastructure projects.

Leasing in Kyrgyzstan is traditionally used as an alternative to loans for the purchase of machinery and transport. The market remains concentrated — financial companies play a key role, whilst regional activity lags behind Bishkek.
