06/17/2025, 09:00The Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of Kyrgyzstan has recalculated the monthly cash compensation provided in lieu of previously existing benefits. As a result of the recalculation, 8,711 citizens across the country received payments. The total amount transferred was 91.8 million KGS.
According to the ministry, the recalculation was carried out in accordance with the presidential decree of April 18, 2025, and the cabinet of ministers' resolution of May 29, 2025. The initiative aims to improve the targeting of social assistance and ensure the fair distribution of state support.
The ministry emphasized that all changes were made in full compliance with the law. The updated approaches to compensation reflect the state's desire to strengthen the protection of vulnerable groups and improve the effectiveness of social policy.
