06/17/2025, 13:52Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies Azamat Zhamangulov spoke at the IV SCO Ministerial Meeting on Information and Communication Technologies, held in Karamay (PRC).
In his speech, he emphasized the importance of digital interaction between SCO countries, noting Kyrgyzstan's achievements in developing e-government, expanding digital infrastructure, and improving access to public services.
The minister proposed holding the next, fifth summit of ministers on digital development in Kyrgyzstan in 2026, stressing that ICT has become an integral part of sustainable growth and international trust. Kyrgyzstan confirmed its readiness to expand digital partnership within the SCO.
