The government intends to maintain and extend a number of tax breaks until 2031

The draft budget for 2026 states that, based on the results of an assessment of the effectiveness of tax breaks, 15 existing breaks will be extended until January 1, 2031, and another 12 will remain unchanged.

Income from non-profit and charitable organizations, dividends, and profits from charitable foundations are exempt from income tax. Supplies of energy-efficient equipment, charitable supplies, hemodialysis services, fuel for international flights, and processing of agricultural products from domestic raw materials are exempt from VAT, with an 80% reduction in VAT.

Exemptions for banks on Islamic financing transactions, processing of raw materials supplied by customers, natural gas supplies, correctional institutions, and manufacturers of jewelry from domestic precious metals remain unchanged until January 1, 2027.
