07/04/2025, 09:00President Sadyr Zhaparov has exempted farmers from paying land tax until 2030. This was announced by the Ministry of Water Resources and Deputy Head of the Cabinet of Ministers Bakyt Torobaev.
He noted that now there is an important task - to provide farmers with water in full and in a timely manner. For this purpose, work is underway on the construction of daily regulation basins (DCB) and decade regulation basins (DDB) for irrigation, and new canals are being constructed.
“We are trying to minimize water losses and increase the efficiency of irrigation systems,” Bakyt Torobayev emphasized.
The land tax exemption is aimed at supporting farmers and developing agriculture in the country.
